Tuesday, October 30, 2007 @ 8:09 pm One day when man has gained complete control over nature, I will dance on the grave of your memory! Great. Now my books are all out of place and there's a bunch of water on the floor. At least my monitors are okay. Or I would have gone completely apeshit. Edit: Thanks to the USGS, we have the preliminary report that the magnitude of the quake was 5.6. Nothing that big, but it was still totally annoying to have glass shit broken in the house. 3 Comments. At least you're not all over the floor? You can write in to the "did you feel it?" section! I always thought it would be cool to do that. » ikimashokie on 2007-10-30 11:27:37 imagine what if someone died because of the 5.6 reading. » renaye on 2007-10-31 03:25:10 Good ol' USGS. They ain't good for predicting 'em, but they're good for studying the hell out of them once they do happen. » Zanzibar on 2007-10-31 09:30:09
