So THAT'S where all the people reading this come from...
Am I older than I seem?
Sunday, January 7, 2007 @ 12:24 pm
My back hurts.

This doesn't happen to people in their early-mid twenties. It happens to people who are twice my age, in their mid-late forties.

Is it the way I'm sitting at my desk while using the computer? Is it the fact that my back muscles have probably atrophied a bit during my extended stay in bed while sick?

Well, whatever the cause, I have the perfect solution for it.

DDR.

Because as my time in college has taught me, DDR solves any problem--physical or emotional or mental. And right now, I've got the time, why not use it?

Eh it's not so bad. I get aches and pains and I'm only 15, which is probably a bad thing but whatever. :P I blame weight training.

Get yer boobs chopped off? :p

Haha, DDR seems to be the way to go. Dave/c00kie and I are going to start doing it as exercise.

should definitely help your posture. )

I've been living with a chronic cough for most of my life. It comes and goes every few months. There's not really much I can do about it, but deal with it. So this cold I've got just adds to the annoyance.
I have back pains, but mostly its cuz I crack my back and when I go without doing so for so long it starts to hurt.

if PS2, dance. if else, pace angrily end if
% matlab is an interesting programming language %
!! however, fortran might be a little more useful for the less mathy physical science applications!!

However, html seems to be the most widely applicable, especially in the world of nutang

but I don't know anything about CSS, and neither doessoyouwanna.com. :(

I like how I designate my comments as comments even though they are already in a comment box.

And GUESS WHAT!?! My little sister stole the PS2 to use as a DVD PLAYER and then when I found her out I said, "ok, but bring it home at Christmas, because it's mine and I'm taking it with me to Prov-town" and she was like, "k" and then she "forgot" and so the PS2 is still in WY being used as a DVD player like it's some kind of 90s pos, unable to reach its full DDR playing POTENTIAL!! ! And that means that I'll be totally without my best/practically only form of exercise until the end of JUne, which is the next time I'll be home. And thus I'll be an irate cow-sloth with many stress-related ticks and an aching back by my sister's wedding. sheesh.

Oh. Guess what. Remember MY Matt? I went skiing with him over break. It was me, Justin, Jacques and Matt. Jacques and Justin are brothers, so Matt and I had to room *together*. Too bad he's ENGAGED. Oh yeah, I wrote about it in the Ballarado thing. You know, it took me forever to get the Colorado reference in "Ballarado", I was pronouncing it "Ballardo" or maybe "Balla-lardo" and I was like, "why would anyone call themselves that?"

ps: I suck at programming. but I'm going to need to know how to for computational fluid dynamics, which starts in like 10 days. :C
